Registration for Christmas Magic 2026
Participants are registered online through a free coach account. It only takes a few minutes, and everything can be edited until the deadline.

Who registers
The head of a club, group, studio, school or other organisation, or a representative they have expressly appointed. They enter all of their participants and are responsible for the accuracy of the data.
What to prepare
- Your details: name, e-mail, phone, club, city and country.
- For each dancer: first name, last name and year of birth.
- What they dance: format (solo, couple, synchro duo, synchro team, formation, Show Dance), class (First Steps, Basic 1, Basic 2, Open…) and dance. The age group is set automatically from the year of birth.
- For couples and groups: all partners. For groups: the team name too.
- Optional: invoice details and music for the routines (uploaded in the form).
How it works, step by step
- Open the form and create an account. You only do this once.
- Add your dancers and choose their categories. The form offers only what the regulations allow and shows the fee straight away.
- Check the list and press “Submit”.
- You receive an e-mail summary. In “My registrations” you can add, change or withdraw entries until the deadline.
Fees
€20 starting fee per dancer, +€5 for each further entry, €10 per entry for dancers in groups only, €80 maximum per dancer. Paid on site when the club checks in.
After you submit
- The summary e-mail arrives straight away. If you can’t see it, check your Spam folder.
- The final programme with times is published 5 days before the festival.
