Our Mission — For the Sake of Young Talent
We are Nickolay Jordanov and Hristina Lalova — long-standing figures in the world of DanceSport, working as coaches and adjudicators.
Our journey began many years ago — back when we ourselves were competitors, and even rivals on the dance floor. Over time, the competitive spirit gave way to a greater mission: to create, nurture and support the next generation of dancers.
Later, we founded our own DanceSport clubs — Dancing Time and PROdance — which over the years have become a place where many children and young people took their first steps in DanceSport. Some of them grew into successful competitors and dance couples, reaching high achievements at both national and international level.
Along the way, we chose our professional path — that of the coach and the adjudicator. We hold university degrees and professional certificates issued by national and international DanceSport organisations, and we both hold the highest adjudicator licence in Bulgaria.
But behind all the titles, qualifications and achievements lies something far more important — a love of dance and a belief in young people.
It was from this belief that the idea for our dance union and festival platform was born.
Not just to organise competitions.
Not just to hand out trophies and medals.
But to create a stage, an opportunity and an environment where every young dancer can show their talent, gain
confidence, feel the thrill of the stage and take one more step forward on their dance journey.
We believe every child deserves their own stage.
Sometimes, behind one small dance couple stand months and years of hard work. Behind a single performance lie countless training sessions, nerves, tears, joy, perseverance and enormous support from parents and coaches.
That is why every participant matters to us.
Our goal is to build festivals that offer a chance to perform, motivation to grow and encouragement towards future success.
We want young dancers to be more than just participants in yet another competition — we want them to feel part of one big dance community: a community that supports them, inspires them and helps them grow.
Working for the Future of Dance
We believe the development of DanceSport begins with children.
That is why our work is focused on their growth — on the first stage, the first competition, the first trophy, the first victory, but also on those moments when not everything goes to plan.
Because a true competitor is not built by victories alone.
They are built by the journey.
And our wish is to be part of that journey.
